TUESDAY AT 6:45 AM. Vladswim members swim adventures from Coogee Beach. The swim is around 3 km at an easy relaxing swim pace. The direction of the swim is from the beach to Waylie's, around the Island and back. Coffee, breakfast and lovely talk about swimming are part of the swim. Come and swim with us.
