Registration for new Vladswim Members

To start open water swimming with us please register a new Vladswim Account. If you are already a Vladswim client, you do not need to re-register but please click on the link to sign up to the distribution list for the email that advises the upcoming Saturday swim information.

All swimmers participating in open water training sessions organised by Vladswim must sign a waiver form prior to their first swim. Please download the waiver form and bring it completed to your first ocean swim.

Saturday ocean swims

Saturday ocean swims were originally designed for Vladswim clients as part of training and open water swim preparation for long distance ocean swim events. In the past, traditionally open water swimmers who have attended these ocean swim sessions have been training for NSW events such as the Vladswim Challenge (5km,10km), 5km Cole Classic race or the South Head Rough Water (Bondi to Watson's Bay) challenge and those preparing for marathon distance events like the Rottnest Channel(20km) or Seven Channels swims.

Our Saturday ocean swims are now also open to all members who love open water swimming and want to join us for support, motivation and swimming buddies. These ocean swims are held on Saturdays at various Sydney locations including Brighton Le Sands, eastern suburbs beaches from La Perouse to Bondi Beach, and also north shore beaches at Balmoral and Shelly to Manly.

Start getting Saturday Ocean Swim emails

The emails are sent out usually on Fridays before the event. The email holds information about the upcoming Saturday swim detailing its location, start time, meeting place, duration of the swim and coaches that will attend.

Multi-pass holders

One additional session will be deducted from your pass for short Sat ocean swim - up to 2 hours long. Longer ocean swims from 2 hours onward = same fees as for casual and bronze pass holders apply. Pls. see table above
