Love going for a swim to your local pool? Bored with swimming the same length, in same speed, same time over and over again?
Our head coach has put together sets of swim sessions for you that you can take along to your local pool.
These sets will help you to stay motivated, will increase your fitness and endurance.
Included int he program are swim drills to also help with improving your swim technique.
Each weekly plan has 4 swim sessions!
And each session varies from 1.6km swim to 2.4km swim.
Sessions are suitable for all swimmers who are already comfortably swimming laps and who want to add variety into their swim sessions.
