GROUP OCEAN SESSION

The session includes stroke correction, learning to be confident in the water and improving your swimming efficiency. Last 20min swim with Coach Vlad, you will feel relaxed to complete your first ocean swim distance. The session’s structure is managed by the level of the swimmers in the group. Great for triathlon clubs or ocean swim groups.
