CHRISTMAS BREAK

From 25th December to 8th of January 2018, we will take a break for Christmas and New Year.
Let’s have a look on Christmas timetable for all swimming pools:

ABC POOL

The last special Christmas pool swim session will be on Fri 22nd of December and the first session back will be on Monday 8th January 2018.

• Last session 22nd December 2017
• First session 8th January 2018

VPP POOL

The last morning swim session at VPP pool will be on Fri 15th December 2017 and the first session back will be on Monday 15th January 2018

• Last session 15th December 2017
• First session 15th January 2018

PAP POOL

The last morning swim session at VPP pool will be on Thursday 14th December 2017 and the first session back will be on Tuesday 16th January 2018.

• Last session 14th December 2017
• First session 16th January 2018

YOUR SWIMS DURING THE BREAK

Enjoy a well-deserved Christmas break for a fortnight. Please take those 2 weeks as recovery and if you are going to swim, make sure you enjoy your time in the water. If you want some guidance, you can follow the attached swim program. You can print your sessions and take them with you to the local pool or on your holidays.

Last year a few swimmers got together for some group ocean swims over Christmas. You can always use Vladswim Facebook to find other swimmers with whom to swim. I don’t think you’ll be swimming by yourself!
