NEW SQUADS ARE OPENING !

On Wednesday and Friday morning our ABC squad sessions experienced around 18 swimmers each in lanes #2, #3 and #4 over the past couple of weeks.

We’ve been so busy that the Vladswim record (the total number of swimmers in one squad), was broken. This happened one morning when 68 swimmers turned up for a Wednesday morning squad! While this was very exciting for our coaches, it was also alarming and made us think of other possible options. As ABC is unable to offer us more than 4 lanes we are opening extra morning squad sessions at Victoria Park pool. These will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6am to 7:30am starting on Wed the 26th Feb, right after the Rottnest Channel swim event.

We are looking to transfer 20 swimmers to Victoria Park pool from next week.

To help make the numbers at ABC pool more balanced, we are encouraging swimmers from lanes 3 and 4 to transfer with Vlad to Victoria Park pool. The sets given at Victoria park will be the same as the ones at ABC.

Your ABC entry pass will be accepted as entry pass to Victoria Park Pool.

Also, all swimmers preparing for South Head Roughwater event will start their preparation at Victoria Park pool from next week. This will ensure that competitors are not changing pools just 2 weeks before their event when ABC closes.

Note: all swimmers who wish to come to Victoria Park pool are much welcomed. All Vladswim passes will be accepted – casual, monthly or multi-pass.
