Suit for: endurance swimmers,
Swimmer preparation: 15-30km/week,
Ocean swim experience, skills and fitness
Session time: 7 am to 8:3 0am, 5km swim
Type of the swim: Training and adventure.

Group 2: at 9 am Ocean swimmers
Suit for: Beginners, slow swimmers,
Swim preparation: 6-15km per week
Session time: 1 hour,  swim from 2 to 3km
Type of the swim: Adventure and Discovery
