Vladswim preparation is a key milestone in gearing up for long-distance swims like the Rottnest Channel or Port to Pub. The preparation kicks off in September, with a 12-week program that covers all crucial elements. The main components include pool sessions and long-distance ocean swims ranging from 3 to 10km. Completing the 10 km swim, along with gaining academic knowledge, sets you on the path to becoming a Marathon Ocean swimmer.

Distance: 10km ( 5km and 2,5km)
Location: Sydney NSW, Balmoral , Chinamans Beach
Swim Direction: from Chinamans Beach to Balmoral beach and back
Lap: 2.5km 4 laps, feeding station after lap
What you need: own nutrition, and smile
Conditions: calm conditions, windy day rough and choppy
Water: clean, 18-19°C
