Whether you’re preparing for your first triathlon or aiming to improve your performance, we can help you be ready for any swim distance in your event.
Triathlon swim legs vary depending on the race format:
- Short Marathon Triathlon – 500 m swim / 5–8 km bike / 1.5–2 km run
- Sprint Triathlon – 750 m swim / 20 km bike / 5 km run
- Olympic/Standard Distance – 1.5 km swim / 40 km bike / 10 km run
- Half Ironman – 1.9 km swim / 90 km bike / 21.1 km run
Most triathlon swims take place in calm, protected locations, but being prepared means you’ll start your race with confidence and energy for the bike and run ahead.
