Multi-pass holders

Multi-pass is strictly valid for 3 months. Pass is non transferable and non-refundable.
In some events we are able to extend your pass (by up to 1 month) - please notify us in witting prior to your expiry date.

Monthly pass holders

Please ensure that fees are paid on time. Monthly passes are to be paid for by the 5th of the month. Monthly passes are calculated on a calendar month. If payment is not received by this date you will be required to attend casually or purchase a multipass for the remainder of that particular month.

REFUND of PASSES

All passes including 10 visit pass are non-refundable and non-transferrable!

As in our motto “ Smile and be happy in the water. Let us take care of your leisure time!” We want all our swimmers to enjoy the swim squad session. Therefore please be happy and respectful of each other.

This is why we will not tolerate any abusive or arrogant behavior and/or inappropriate language. If we see anybody who’s behavior results in negative atmosphere, friction between (or among) swimmers and generally impacts coaches and other fellow swimmers in negative way, this person will be asked to leave the pool session immediately.

STROKE CORRECTION

MISSED LESSON & MAKE-UP POLICY:

No make up sessions are allowed and there are no refunds or credits for any missed lessons except in the event of serious injury or hospitalization. A proof from your doctor will be required.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

To confirm your bookings, payment is required within 3 working days. Note that your space is not secured unless full payment is received.

Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice prior to the course commencement will result in forfeiting full fees.

Cancellations with more than 48 hour notice prior to the start of the course will result in either credit or refund of your fees; a $35 admin fees will be retained

PRIVATE GROUPS:

For a group (min 5 people) a discounted fee applies ($20 per person per session). Please note that only groups organized by your team leader (all communications must be via this person) can take advantage our offer. (For example colleagues from one company or group of friends). No make-up lesson or refunds are allowed for special groups bookings.

PRIVACY

Vladswim will respect your e-mail privacy. However your email is automatically entered into our database upon your first contact. Please notify us if you do not wish to receive unsolicited emails from us.
Vladswim will not pass on any individual user details (including your e-mail address) unless you have requested so.
