One of the epic swims in Sydney is the journey from Bondi Beach to Watsons Bay. This swim was conceived by John Falon and has been organized since 2007. John’s vision was to create an achievable yet adventurous swim route, starting from the iconic Bondi Beach and culminating at the heart of Sydney Harbour. This concept struck a chord with swimmers, and every year since then, the event has gained popularity among ocean swimmers both locally in Sydney and across state borders.
This swim has become a highlight at the end of the summer season, drawing participants due to the comfortably swimmable water temperatures during this time.
