This freshwater swim with the river flow offers every swimmer an unforgettable experience in a beautiful natural environment. You have to come and enhance your swim experience!

  • 3 – 5 HOURS (cut-off time)

Cliff to Bridge Swim Preparation Program

The preparation is gentle yet focused, emphasizing freshwater swimming, cold water adaptation, and building swim endurance to comfortably swim for around 4 hours. You will enjoy applying everything you learn as you progress toward your goal.
