Bodyweight training includes exercises using your own body weight to improve strength, stability and fitness without gym equipment.
Set up **3 sessions per week, each lasting 20–30 minutes**.
Start with simple exercises such as push-ups, squats, abdominal crunches, planks, jumps, chin-ups and more.
Focus on correct technique and controlled movements. Gradually increase the number of repetitions as your strength improves.
Always finish your session with stretching to improve flexibility and support recovery.
