Our program is designed to prepare you physically and mentally for the demands of the Coogee to Bondi 5 km swim. You’ll build endurance, improve stroke efficiency, and develop essential ocean swimming skills like navigation and wave handling — all to help you swim confidently and enjoy the race day experience.
