This program is designed for new swimmers aiming to complete the course for the first time, as well as returning swimmers who want to improve their pace and confidence from previous years.
The focus is on building fitness, developing ocean swimming skills, and understanding how to prepare effectively for race day.
It’s an ideal starting point for anyone who wants to become a confident open water swimmer.
