Cliff to Bridge Swim Preparation Program

- Program Start: Mid September
- Duration: 12 - 14 Weeks
The preparation is gentle yet focused, emphasizing freshwater swimming, cold water adaptation, and building swim endurance to comfortably swim for around 4 hours. You will enjoy applying everything you learn as you progress toward your goal.
