Course description
The Level 2 Open Water Swim Course is designed for swimmers who have completed the Level 1 course or are already swimming regularly up to 1 km and are now ready to progress to swimming 2.5 km.
You might also be looking to improve your swim speed and overall technique. This course will guide you through the changes and improvements you need to make in order to reach the next level in your swimming journey. It will provide you with the tools, structure, and motivation to become a stronger and more confident swimmer.

Module 1: Academic Part
General Preparation
Learn how to elevate your training, improve your fitness, and prepare for longer distances in open water.
Training Preparation
Understand the structure of your program: swim frequency, volume, intensity, technique focus, and open water sessions.
Swim Plan
Learn to read and follow your swim plan step-by-step, ensuring consistent progress.
Module 2: Practical Part
• Attend all swim sessions — consistency is key
• Follow your swim plan carefully

• Rest when needed — never train while unwell
