FOCUS THIS WEEK IS ON: Taper, Race pace preparation
- Aerobic pace swim, race pace swim, focus on ocean swims, recovery stretching and massage
- Technique: focus on relax shoulders, body rotation and swim tempo
- Drill – fist drill, swim with fist – both hands and with one fist/hand
