- Session time: approx. 1.5h – 2.0h
- Suits: advanced swimmers and marathon-distance swimmers
FOCUS THIS WEEK IS ON: Endurance and speed work
- Aerobic swim pace, Anaerobic pace 1.6km, Speed and Pull swim
- Technique: focus on propulsion, stroke rate (rhythm) and stroke Power
- Drill: combination doggy paddle, short stroke 25m speed drill
