- Suits: advanced swimmers and marathon-distance swimmers
FOCUS THIS WEEK IS ON: Anaerobic endurance
- Aerobic swim, Anaerobic threshold swim pace – 2.4km , speed work
- Technique: focus body rotation and recovery arm – relax arms, high elbow, soft entry and open armpit
- Drills: fingers tips drag and straight arms swim
