Distance: 4.0 to 4.7km
- Session time: approx. 1h – 1.5h
- Suits: advanced swimmers and marathon-distance swimmers
- 4xpool session one ocean swim
FOCUS THIS WEEK IS ON: Aerobic endurance
- Aerobic swim pace and Anaerobic pace – 1.8km, technique work, Power stroke and set up cruise time swim
- Technique: work on body position and propulsion, long stroke, high elbow in stroke and DPS
- DRILL: catch up drill and catch up speed drill
