After completion of our program, you will be prepared to swim comfortably swim distance between 750m to 1500m
The program includes:
- 12 weeks race preparation program for your swim event
- Program is divided into 5 sections:
3 weeks Aerobic endurance preparation
3 weeks Anaerobic endurance
1 week Recovery
3 weeks Endurance and speed
2 weeks Race pace preparation/ Taper
- Individual swim sessions vary from 1.5km to 2km
- Sessions differ in intensity: from aerobic pace to anaerobic threshold pace
- Sessions include drills and swim technique advice
